This One’s for the Gays is the most recent image in a series of prints created to invite dialogue and expression of grief as well as foster a container for reconciliation with death. As a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community and also a death doula, I bare witness and compassion for the unique and painful challenges this community faces in their death and grief journeys. This image is here to honor and to educate.

I hand carve my original designs an each one is also printed by hand. Because of this organic process, each individual print is one of a kind.
